A walk in the woods
I spotted this little fellow as I was out and about in the forest the other week. All on his lonesome. Isn't he a beauty? Sometimes we worry about things not working in the way we'd like. Perhaps we have a tough problem to solve and can't find a way around it. Doing something totally unrelated can help to free the mind. A quiet walk, far from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, can do wonders to calm the soul. It helps put things in perspective. Gives you a view of the bigger picture.
We might not find answers to our questions, but it allows us time to think, to switch off for a while, to recharge our batteries and just be ourselves for a few delightful moments. When was the last time you took a walk in the woods?
