Spring has most definitely sprung and Mother Nature is dusting off her box of tricks to lure us outdoors again. What better way to experience the great outdoors than a bike ride. The area around Hollenstedt in the Nordheide in Germany is blessed with a wonderful network of cycling trails and this wonderful app lists 15 of the best: https://www.komoot.com/guide/32662/cycling-around-hollenstedt.
The trails vary in difficulty, but most are suitable for the whole family and lead you to many of the region’s hidden gems. To give you an idea of what’s on offer, I’ve posted a photo taken along one of the routes from Moisburg to Daensen. Enjoy!
